Topics and Formats Used in Spring, 2004

The following topics and formats were actually used by students in the first set of presentations which offered on-campus group presentations or recorded individual presentations.  Only one group formed on their own; they met with the professor on campus with no other students attending despite being notified by email. 

Several students who had planned to complete audio reviews ended up arranging a phone discussion instead, but that was OK with the professor.  One VHS videotape with props (out of two completed) was done with a plasma tv in the background playing Cher's video for "Heart of Stone," while the student put props in the foreground related to the song and explained their significance for the song.  (She had emailed me the lyrics in advance.)
