In this discussion forum, unlike WebBoard, each submission--whether question or answer--causes a new web page to be made (note the different ending in the URL shown in the screenshot printed above).  Often a new copy of the browser opens to display this page, causing users to exit rather than click their browser's "back" button to return to the menu of questions and answers threaded on the contents page.
