Front Page forms require a server with extensions installed and connected by folder structure to the folder in which a form page is kept. Forms are for gathering information, ideas, feedback from users. The "Syllabus Pro and Con" page that begins this manual uses forms for brainstorming. Here is a form for evaluating a website. Below is the PICTUER of a form, but I discontinued it because only commercial and pornographic outsiders were using it to advertise their websites in the boxes for open-ended questions.
