Yes, this statement identifies at least one of the major concerns in this play. Please note, however, that there are other themes you might have focused on. There is certainly a theme that involves the way men perceive women and the way men assign certain roles to women and deny them other roles. That theme might be stated as the cost (to society) of stereotyping women and limiting their roles. Or perhaps, more simply, men's inability (or refusal) to accept women as equals. There are no doubt other ways of stating this theme, and there are quite possibly other themes present in this play.
